Summary:
It is time for our annual Fine Arts Supplies and Equipment RFP. We have exercised all renewal options available from the last RFP and will need to perform a new RFP for 2017-18. We will continue to use the “catalog discount” format whereby vendors offer a set percentage discount on everything in their catalog.
Attached is a tabulation of 42 vendors who submitted a proposal response to the RFP. Under the catalog discount format, all vendors on the tabulation are approved for use. This provides the most choices and flexibility for our end-users.
 
Budgetary Impact:
While the 2017-18 budgets have not yet been determined, the total non-personnel budget for Fine Arts for the 2016-17 school year was $325,593.
