Summary: We are currently in the programming stage and plan to start design in November 2017. A committee composed of CTE teachers, CTE counselor, high school principals, BRJ CTEC principal, and Director of College and Career Readiness has been formed to determine what CTE programming will be offered in 2020. As part of the process, Jann Miles, of Workforce Solutions, has presented employment data for Texas and Candy Slocum, of Interlink, has presented future employment trends and 12 trends that will impact the future of work. Additionally, the group is reviewing five-year trend data for all current programming to determine sustainability of current programs.
